Anyway, this particular blog goes out to my little bro, DJ. I've known him since he was about 10 years old? He used to step into the Teacher's Lounge at St. Basil's when CCD was over and just sit in the corner while he waited for his mama to finish teaching our class. I've watched him grow through his adolescence and now he's approaching adulthood. crazyyyy. We've always had a special bond when it came to songs. We would use the lyrics to describe our lives to each other. In his case, it was always about his "girl" problems. haha poor thing. Anyway, for the past month & 1/2 some of his older Brothers and Sisters in Christ got together by Auntie Kat and pulled off a hula & haka together. It was our message to him that we love him, we'll always be here & we encourage him to continue to grow in his faith. Here's videos from our performances at his grad party. Boy, i really felt like I was 14 years old again, being Auntie Kat's student.
